Prefabricated villas are manufactured in two systems;
1- Steel Sturctured Prefabricated Sytem
2- Pressed Panel Prefabricated System
Steel Structured prefabricated system means that the wall parts of the prefabricated building is composed by steel structure, well insulated in steel system and cladded by fibercement board. The main carrier of the prefabricated building is the walls are itself. Mostly known as permanent prefabricated building.
Pressed panel prefabricated system means that the wall parts of the prefabricated villas are composed by pressed panel system. The pressed panel system is the Expanded Polistren Foam (EPS) is used and both surfaces are covered by fibercement board. The wall panels are joined to eachother by H profiles. The main carriers are the H profiles in this system.
