Light Steel Structured (LGS) Villa is manufactured by using of unwelded system technolgy. The walls are in 12 cm thickness, well insulated and covered by fibercement board from outer surfaces and gypsum board from insides. The pre-manufactured villa building has been manufactured within 30 days and installed in 30 days. So, the villa is completed within 60 days only. A1 class fire rated materials are used on the walls and the roof. The client jus prepared the concrete foundation plan according to the given design by our technical department. The light steel structured prefabricated villa has enejery effiency and 90 % recylcled materials are used. All the joning parts are connected by bolt system, no weld is used.
