Max Prefabs have been completed production of 12.240 m2 labour camp project in Ras Lafan, Qatar in 2023.
850 units of 240x600 cm containers have been used to install the accomodation buildings, dining halls, sanitary buildings, laundry buildings, first aid buildings and multipurpose buildings. The containers are shipped in flat pack container system within 121 units of 40 ft hc containers.
The main structure system of the flat pack containers are in LGS system, the walls and roof covered by high density of fire rated sandwich panels. Fibercement board and vinyl were used for the floor covering.
The project was manufactured within 3 months only. Manufacturing, transportation and installation processes have been completed within 8 months.
Hamad Port in Doha was used as discharge Port in Qatar. The units are installed at yard in Doha and transported to Ras Lafan by trucks as modul by modul. All the installation process was completed within 4 months only.
