Light Steel Structured (LGS) Prefabrcited Villa is manufactured by using of unwelded system technolgy. Each of the prefabricated villa has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terraces and balconies. The units have been manufactured within 25 days and installed at site within next 25 days. Total 50 days and the villas were ready for use. All the materials are fire rated and water resistant. The recycled materials are used for all the parts of the prefabricated dublex villas. The prefabricated villas are manufactured according to the international requirements of sound and heat insulations.
