After the coating materials are mounted on the lower chassis, wall panels, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing materials are placed on the lower chassis and the upper chassis is mounted on the short columns temporarily placed in the corners.
The package thickness of the Flat Pack/Portable container is around 48 cm on average. In this way, 5+5 in total 10 peaces of 240x600 cm flat pack containers can be loaded into a 40 ft hc container as vertical loading. If the transportation is made by land, 12 peaces of 240x600 cm flat pack containers can be loaded on 1 truck in horizontal loading.
How to Assemble the Flat Pack /Demounted Container?
After the flat pack containers arrive at the site, first of all, the upper chassis is removed from the temporary column screws with the help of a crane and set aside. Afterwards, the panels, doors, poles, windows and other materials inside the flat pack container are carefully stacked on a clean and flat ground without damaging them. First of all, the poles of the flat pack containers are placed in their places in the corners and screwed loosely. Afterwards, the roof frame is brought on these poles and screwed loosely into place. Afterwards, the walls of the flat pack container are placed on the "U" profiles on the lower chassis in accordance with the project drawing and screwed to the extension of the lower chassis. Afterwards, the door and windows of the flat pack container are installed in accordance with the project drawing. Finally, the electrical installation is drawn on the plaster and the assembly is completed.
