Prefabricated construction site buildings are modular structures that can be produced and installed quickly, where workers, foremen, engineers and managers who will work in the construction of a project will stay during the project and meet their daily needs such as food and beverage. These prefabicated building structures can generally be defined as prefabricated office buildings, prefabricated dormitory buildings, prefabricated dining hall buildings, prefabricated WC-shower buildings, prefabricated laundry buildings and other prefabricated buildings.
How to Produce Prefabricated Buildings?
Since prefabricated buildings are based on the panel system, production is based on the dimensions of the panel system. The main frame of prefabricated buildings is made of galvanized steel sheets. Generally, panels are placed between H profiles and the walls are constructed this way. Wall panels are mounted on U profiles pre-placed on the floor. H profiles between the panels of prefabricated buildings also serve as carriers. The roof trusses of the prefabricated building, the details of which are determined according to the project requirements, are also connected to these H profiles. Roof purlins are mounted on the roof trusses and the necessary rigidity is provided.
What are the Usage Areas of Prefabricated Construction Site Buildings?
Prefabricated construction site buildings are generally used to accommodate employees in construction sites, energy project sites, military camp areas and similar temporary and permanent areas.
The main structure of prefabricated construction site buildings consists of galvanized C and U-section steel metals. The main structure of the prefabricated building is formed by joining the Metal Structure by welding or bolted system in accordance with EN 1090 welding standards. The walls of prefabricated buildings consist of panels with a thickness of 60-80-100-120 mm. Both sides of the panels are covered with fiber cement board. High density EPS foam is used between these two plates. The panels, which are pressed in special machines at high temperatures for 6 hours, are removed from the machine and cooled after reaching the required standard.
Roofs, windows, doors, electrical and sanitary installations of prefabricated construction site buildings are prepared as packages within the system according to customer requests.
Necessary heat and sound insulation is provided by using 80 mm glass wool insulation in the attic of prefabricated construction site buildings. Galvanized trapezoidal roof sheets with a thickness of 0.50 mm are generally used for roof covering.
The prices of prefabricated buildings are determined according to the models. You can contact our sales team to get more information.
